AirMove provides a browser-based hand tracking interface that allows you to control a desktop cursor using hand gestures captured by a mobile device camera. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Camera and Permissions
The Service requires camera access on your mobile device for hand tracking functionality. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the camera complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy laws governing the capture of images or video.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Oxvenia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Hand tracking accuracy may vary based on device capabilities, lighting conditions, and network quality.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxvenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
